D&D Social Encounters v 0.1a

I have worked on the D&D social encounters system. I have sent a copy to Austin, Brad, and Craig, but I don't have an email address for Shawn or Joe. The copy-paste version is up on Google Docs, but it is ugly, as usual. I would appreciate any feedback you have. I plan to come up with a couple encounter designs over the next couple days.

As far as the powers go, everything seems very tight. Unfortunately so much of making this social game work is the playing field(s). But so far, so good. I look forward to getting some play testing in.
